Converting kbps

Hey, I'm new to the forums and hoping someone can help. I'm trying to make all my music from 320kbps to 180kbps for compression reasons. My question is, How do I convert all my music to 180kbps but any files that are under 180kbps do not convert to the higher 180kbps? Thanks.

Use Batch Converter, select all tracks and click list, then sort on bit rate and uncheck those with the lower bits rates. Then click convert.

Thanks for the reply. I went to Batch Converter, Selected all the tracks i wanted to convert, But Where is the list button? All i see is "Convert" , "Refresh" , "Reset" , "Filter"

You need R13, the list button is between Convert and Refresh.
