DB PowerAmp .MSI

Is there an .MSI for PowerAmp? We are trying to deploy PowerAmp to a Windows 7 Network. Getting to settings like Right-Click 'Convert To' option enabled is becoming a bit of a hassle. Is there a specific Reg setting for the Right-Click 'Convert to' option. I have enabled it while watching Microsfolt technet ProMon, but can't find exact reg settings etc.

The configuration program which is run after the install, installs the Convert To option.
