dB PowerAmp won't install

G'Day;
I've been here before but forgot my name and password, be that as it may I have a strange problem with the program. I've just downloaded and tried to install 13.3 ref trial on my computer, but for some reason it won't even move after fifteen minutes it shows absolutely no movement on the gauge and I've tried now six times with the same results. I even uninstalled version 13.2 and tried with the same results. Can someone tell me why this won't install as I've never had this problem before.

Tried disabling any security software (although this should not stop it).

Tried that last night as well and it still sat there for almost fifteen minutes without moving.

Clear your internet cache and retry to download, perhaps you have only part of the install.
