Help with error please!!

Hello all. This is my first post. I was using a trail version of the converter and purchased that full version today. I uninstalled the trail and installed the registered version i got from the link in my e-mail. However, whenever I try to convert any files I get this message:

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'E:\dt99-02-19\dt99-02-19d1t01.shn' to 'E:\dt99-02-19\dt99-02-19d1t01.mp3'
Error writing audio data to StdIn Pipe [clEncoder::EncodeBlock]

I have never gotten this before on any of the conversions I did during the trial and now I get it every time. Appreciate your help in advance.

OK - I ran a better search and found that if I convert to my HDD it might work and low and behold it does. Is there anyway to get the conversions to occurr in my flash drive like I was doing during the trial period?

In reality it should make no difference, flash disk or not, perhaps try disabling the security software.
