not retaining CD information

Ever since I registered Power Pack a few days ago, I haven't been retaining downloaded CD info. Before, whenever a particular CD's info was retrieved while online, it would be available while offline. Now, I ALWAYS have to be online to get a CD's info. The one exception to this situation is for CDs whose info I had downloaded BEFORE registering Power Pack. Any ideas what the problem might be?

The file all this info is saved in can only grow to a certain size - it is a limitation of Windows, the only way if you want to store new tracks is to delete the old file which is:

C:\Windows\CDPlayer.ini
