Missing Album title and Artist?

Hi all.
total newbie to the world of ripping and converting but thankfully dbpoweramp has made everything a hell of a lot easier.
One question though (probalby stupid), when I have ripped a c.d. to Flac all the info appears correct, track listing, ablum artist, album title, even album art.
When I transfer to my Iriver player all the tracks are there in the correct order with track title also album art but I always get unknown artist and album, any thoughts on what is happening?

Perhaps you need a new iriver firmware? it does not sound like it is reading the tags correctly (potentially it is the album art which is throwing it).

Thanks Spoon you may be right but I'm upgrading to a Cowon S9 so hopefully the problem will be solved. Great program by the way, high quality rips for all with very little fuss, well done.
