It took me forever to be able to email you.

I am trying to convert a wav file to an MP3 and it is not
working. A stupid message comes up for me to contact Microsoft...
what the heck is going on.

The only thing new on my system is I-tunes and I never asked for it.

How do I convert my files???

Try converting Wave >> Wave, does that work? (as a test)
