"Error Chunk is out of file"

hey folks

just downloaded the trial, and so far so good!

i did though have an issue - on a few WAV files, i got this error:

Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'H:\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\20090527 043939.wav' to 'C:\Documents and Settings\xx\Desktop\20090527 043939.mp3'

Error Chunk is out of file. [clRIFFHandler::ScanFile]

these wav files seem to play fine in iTunes, but refuse to convert to mp3.

any ideas?

It means the wav file is corrupted, perhaps missing a little bit from the end.
