how do i keep folders when batch convert

Hi I was wondering how I keep my folder structure when batch converting. i have all my tracks in artist/album structure but when i use batch convert it just throws all my tracks in one folder.

I'm sure this is possible can someone please tell me how.

If you have Reference, use the Dynamic Naming string of [origpath]/[origfilename] to restore the path exactly.
