I'm trying to convert my whole FLAC ripped CD collection over to Apple Lossless after giving up the fight to resist the Apple regime. I've followed the step by step processed outlined in these forums and everything seems to be fine except for 2 issues.
1. Is there any way to get the cover art images to transfer over? It's not too big of an issue for more common discs since when I import them into Itunes I can just have it update the artwork. However, lesser known cd's that I've had to scan and attach artwork on my own present a problem. do I just have to give in and do that manually?
2. All of my ripped CD's in FLAC format are in a folder structure like this.
Music>Artist Name>Album Name>song file with artist name, song name, song number, etc. I've worked out how to get all of that translated using the Dynamic Set parameters. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to keep the actual folders. When I convert all the songs from all the cd's that were in individual folders wind up in one giant list. Is there a way to preserve the folders or do I have to do all of that manually?
thanks.
