Problem converting hi-res Flac to Apple Lossless

HI there, just been having a really strange problem trying to convert 24/192 stereo Flac files into Apple Lossless using the bit rate dsp (set to 16) and the resampler (set to 44.1 khz). After the process is complete, all of the new .m4a files are at most a few hundred kilobytes in size and won't play.

Any ideas?

Try exactly the same conversion (with DSP effects), but this time to wave, what is the final file like?
