    Converting 24/96 MONO files issue

Everytime I try to convert 24/96 MONO wav files to 16/44, I get a "missing sub-chunk" error message.

Never happens to STEREO 24/96 wav files, only the mono ones. Is there a setting I'm missing while trying to convert?

    Thanks

Error converting to wave, C:\pathway\filename etc... Error chunk is out of file. [dRFFHandler::ScanFile]

And the most of the resulting files are only about 20-30 kilobytes large. Some are about 10-15mb but are incomplete.

It means the wave files are corrupted, R13.3 beta might be more forgiving.

So there's nothing that can be done?

It does this with all MONO 24/96 files, no matter the source. It can't read MONO 24/96 files like it can with stereo.

Which ever program created the wave files wrote them wrong, it is not dBpoweramp reading Mono files, rather those mono files which are incorrect.

So this is the next version of dbpoweramp?

              ~

And unfortunately, these mono files come from many sources, so that leads me to believe dbpoweramp has an issue with mono 24/96 wave files in general.
