Power Pack Errors

I have the Diamond Rio 300. The original. Works like a charm. I downloaded dbpoweramp and all that stuff that came with it and i transfered stuff easily. Then all of sudden when i click on the icon to transfer stuff to my rio, it gives me the error, POWER PACK MUST BE INSTALLED. Well it is and was. So i deleted it and reinstalled, rebooted...........NOTHING. It just doesn't recognize that i've got power pack.
