I made an attempt to do the registration retrieval process after it got deleted from my computer. After I entered my order number, and than did the captcha thing, the page does not load, all I get is a blank gray background with the illustrate logo at the top. I have let it sit on this page for up to 20 minutes and nothing happens. I do not see a "not responding" message and it does seem like the page is loading as the little loading icon is spinning, but it never seems to go anywhere. I have a hi speed interent connection so I don't believe it's that.

Set your internet security to default levels, if you have security software (such as firewall, etc), temporarily disable it.Last edited by Spoon; June 19, 2009, 07:43 PM.Comment
