user defined conversation settings possible ?

Unsure if being asked before.
I'm in need for a couple of set-ups looking next to equal.
for example convert to mp3 lame with replaygain
but I also need a convert to mp3 lame with normalize (car audio via usb stick)

Isn't there a way to allow having multiple convert to mp3 definitions in the pop up list if selecting files from the explorer context menu ? It's really awfull to always re-setup the converter settings if having to switch between the two settings.

Or does the reference version allow me to solve that somehow ?

No easy way (the only way is to have a cli lame encoder with the different settings, which are per codec).
