How do I install dbpoweramp on second computer

I have my original receipt number, have jumped through all the hoops, and still it will not fully download. At no point does it give me a desktop icon to access the program. It should not be this hard...but for some reason it is. Can anyone help me? No one at dbpoweramp wants to. :vmad:

dBpoweramp will never create a desktop icon, instead look for it in:

Start >> Programs >> dBpoweramp Music Converter
