    Fraunhofer from all4mp3.com

Is it somehow possible to use the FhG from here:

mp3 encodes and stores music. An mp3 file takes up just 10 percent of the storage space of the original file, meaning music can be quickly transferred over the Internet and stored on mp3 players. As a result, music fans’ entire collections fit onto a device no bigger than a matchbox.

You would need the CLI Encoder from codec central.

I'm sorry to ask again, but could you tell me what's the procedure of introducing a new CLI: I copy the CLI.dll and encoder.txt and put the new encoder's .exe in a new CLI encoder folder? It's all a mess in my head, I forgot how it's done since last time...

This FhG comes only with .exe, no .dll.
