Licensing/Upgrading Question

Hello -- I purchased Reference 12.x back in April of 2007, and bought the upgrade to Reference 13.1 in July 2008. I have different Order Numbers for each transaction.

Now I'm looking to upgrade to Reference 13.2 but I don't have it available as a download when I enter either Order Number. The Order Number from the Reference 12.x purchase shows me a link to upgrade to Reference 12.4 while the Order Number for the 13.1 purchase shows no products available to download.

How should I proceed from here?

Thanks Spoon -- looks like there was a third order number in there (the one for 13.x) that didn't make it to my email.
