Saving Equalization / Cleaning / Normalization to Mp3's

    Dear Forum Members.
Please bear with the newbie here
I have a bunch of speeches on Mp3 files (as opposed to music/song files) that need
1- Removal of hiss from baseline,
2- Equalization (as the sounds are sometimes too shrill, and sometimes dull).
    3- Normalization.

Now when all is said and done I want those values saved to or rewritten to Mp3 files - so they are in the file i.e. no special software needed to make them sound decent.

What plug in shall I use. How do I go about doing this. Is this the software for my needs? . I have not found anything this comprehensive from my web research. OTOH after downloading and installing - I have not been able to do as noted above. I must be missing something?

Thanks for reading this far & for your time,

    (1) would require perhaps a DirectX effect, or VST effect.

2 + 3 can be done in dBpoweramp.

      Thanks Spoon.
I could not understand the VST effect. But I think applying equalizer and normalizing did a good job.
      Appreciate your help.
