The album in one file and cue file

I downloaded the album in one big mp3 file, also downloaded cue file for this album. Do you know how to convert this shit to regular mp3-album or how to burn it to audio CD (regular kind, not like one song on CD). I have registred converter, but I do not have your CR-Writer, I am using Roxio E-Z CD-Creator 5 Platinum.

I am sure someone will point the way, if not post it on www.hydrogenaudio.org they are very well up on cue sheets. Really a cue sheet is just like a playlist, I should look into supporting them when I am adding APL and WPL playlists.
