Non-Adminstrative user on Windows 2000 Pro

I am trying to get DBpowerAMP to work on Windows 2000 Pro. Everything works fine when I'm logged in as Administrator, but when I log in as a user, it doesn't want to convert the file. It says the file converts, but that only takes like 1 second, and the file does not appear where I specified. What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any info.

Yeah, I can't convert from and to any file. It's as if the user has no privledges, but I went into the registry settings and gave them full control.

I had the same problem with Windows 2000 with NTFS file systems. To solved the problem by Adding a everyone user on the security access of c:\Program files\Illustrate\ folder with full control.
