GetPopupInfo.exe and Vista SP2 issues
GetPopupInfo.exe is constantly starting and stopping when my computer is just sitting here do nothing. Watching the processes, every 2-3 seconds the process dissappears and then shows up again. When it does run for a second or two it's memory usage fluctuates like crazy.
Popup info still works while this madness goes on.
I then proceeded to turn popups off. I confirm they don't work anymore but the silly process is still starting and stop on it's own.
