Right Click Menu disappears

I find the right clicking of files and converting works wonderfully...but I noticed that the option went away. Checking said options in the configuration menu seems to do nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it "worked" for about two days (maybe less) until I went to convert some FLAC files to mp3 and noticed it was gone again.

Is this a known bug, or is there something I'm missing?

Windows has a maximum number of items it can shown on the right click, there is no order in the ones it will display, there are tools which can control which items appear on the right click (sorry I have forgotten the name).
