24 bit flac - convert to play on itunes @ 24 bit

I am trying to convert 24 bit 96 Khz flac files to play on itunes. I can get them to play at 16 bit rate, but I wish to have the full 24 bit.

Any suggestions?

Convert to AIFF, works fine.
