FLAC has an internal md5, so test conversion would pick it up, but before running the test conversion I would reboot the PC incase the file is held in a cache somewhere.

For testing flac & apefiles on corruption, I use audiotester from vuplayer
Just drop whole directories and this program checks all files with the build in md5 checksum.
IMHO it works a bit easier than a testconversion.

This is a very old thread, I know. But it's on point to what I need to know. I've tested my flac file library (using Audio Tester), and many are corrupt. I would like to delete these corrupt files. Audio Tester doesn't do that. Is there a product that does?

PerfectTUNES can advise on corrupted files and offer to delete them.
