subfolder of original folder

Is there a way to convert files in a subfolder of the original folder?
I have a lot of folders with flac files and want to convert every file to mp3 in a folder named "mp3" inside its own original folder. Is this possible?

In dynamic naming:

[origpath]\mp3\[origfilename]
