If I have dBpoweramp 13.1 Reference registered, and now I want 13.2 Reference, can I just install the 13.2 Trial Ref over the 13.1 Reference or like that it won't be registered anymore?

If you've downloaded the registered version, then you surely won't have a problem.
If you install the trial version over the registered version, then don't uninstall.

Reference Registered status can only be obtained by installing Registered installs, installing a trial will drop you to trial status.
