How to convert from AAC to mp4 (without reprocessing)?

Currently, when I use the mp4 codec plugin on an AAC file, it will compress the audio of my aac file again, which of course results in a further loss of quality.

So how do I convert from AAC to mp4 without reprocessing, i.e. just creating the mp4 container wrapper around the AAC, and preserving tags?

I used dbpoweramp some years ago on an old machine and I think there was a plugin for this option, but now I can't find it anymore.

I think the old plugin was this:

This codec will convert an aac file into an mp4 file (without loosing quality) or mp4 to aac. Download: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/beta/dBpowerAMP-codec-aactomp4.exe 700KB You will also need the latest dMC beta from here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=2261

But the link is dead and I don't find it anymore for the new version.

If I'm just too stupid, then please have mercy :-> ...

    Install the m4a Ultilities codec.
