sorry about that but, why can't we choose the frequencie (44100 or 48000Hz) ? Does the codec follow the same original track's frequencie ?
Why don't we have the choice between mono, stereo and enhanced stereo ? What does enhaced stereo mean ?

I would say MPC.

It will encode to the same frequency as the original.
