Help with new phone please

:( I was wondering if there was anyone that could help me with my new phone...i just got the LG Neon and as usual u can't use the mp3 songs as a ring tone or alarm or anything...when i try to use it it say's "only DMR file is available" what does this mean? and what can i do?

DMR is not mp3, a different audio format.

Do you know what can i can do so that I can use my songs as ring tones?? Im clueless at this point.:( Is there any way of converting the songs to a different format so they can be used?? My old phone I could convert them to a WAV format, but this phone wont take that...

Hi,

Is this phone a renamed LG KS360? - the specifications of which include MP3 ringtones. The manual should tell all.

no I don't think that it is...It is the new LG Neon texting phone rogers just started advertising, it is a TE365. Can u help me??

Oh YA I almost forgot...when i downloaded a ring tone from rogers it came up as a "aac.dm" I have no clue anymore!!:(

Thank you so much for responding to my post! I was wondering if any one has a solution to how i can get these MP3 songs to work as ring tone's?? I only know how to convert songs to a WAV format ( this is for my other phone) But this one Im stuck I don't know what program to use to convert them or even how!?!?!?
