WMA DRM Protection

Hey all

How can I disable the DRM protection normally put on WMA files? I'm trying to convert my MP3s to WMAs, yet I can't find a way to disable it using dBpowerAMP. It seems to be automaticlly set on, or am I making this up?? :?

dBpowerAMP with WMA v9 will not set any protection, the option is not even there to switch on or off.
