    Dynamic file naming configuration files

I recently had to re-image my laptop which also required me to reinstall dBpoweramp and all the codecs. I now realize that I no longer have the dynamic naming string that I was using both in the CD Ripper as well as in the Arrange Audio codec.

I did backup all my files before re-imaging my laptop so all my files are archived.

Where would I be able to find my previous dynamic naming string in all the files that are part of dBpoweramp reference? I had things just the way I wanted them but don't want to have to research and relearn dynamic naming and go through all the trial and error to recreate the string.

Was that string saved anywhere as part of this programs files?

It is saved in the registry.

It is stored for each codec in the registry. For example, the dynamic naming for the m4a codec is stored in my system under:
      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\d MCCodec\m4a Nero (AAC)

Well since I had to re-image my system, and therefore reinstall the OS, my assumption then is that it is gone for good right? I backed up all the files on my C: drive but did not back up the registry. Can I still get to it somehow?

The registry will be on C:, but I am unsure you can access it.

Thanks guys. Probably best option then for me is to relearn dynamic naming and come up with the right string.

This suggests to me a future eature request, the ability to export/save profiles and dBpoweramp configurations.
