Another question about ID Tags.

I have flac files that I wanted to remove the rating from(song rating).
So I just selected the files and right clicked and selected id tag edit and changed the rating field to the number zero. Is this an alright way of doing this or should I have just deleted the whole tag field?

Delete the field.

I converted a lot of the files already should I just delete the field on the flac files and re-convert them all?
