    Single conversion thread with dualcore

I've seen a friend of mine using dbpoweramp on her laptop to create m4a files and i wanted to try the software too.

I used to use mediacoder which has this terrible nagscreen if you convert more then 100 files at once so i wanted to try out something else.

dbpoweramp seems to be very good for what i need but i seem to have a little problem. When my friend (a girl) visited i saw her copy of dbpoweramp was doing 2 files at the same time (multithreading).

Now i've got vista64 running on an intel dualcore 3 ghz (so 2 cores at 3ghz) and i only see a single file being converted at a time and my cpu has a load of about 50%..

is this a know issue or do i need to fix something?

        There is a 30-day fully-functional trial.

          Yeah, you were right!

The version I was using before came of a shareware site, so they were serving an old version... were indeed, because i asked them to put the latest version on their site, and now they aren't serving old beer anymore

          thanks for your aid!
