Where is higher bitrate WMA, like 320Kbps?

Window Media Player gives users the option to use VBR WMA (240-355Kbps). Why does the encoder for dMC only support up to 192k VBR?

This is WMA 9.2 that I was refering to. I assume that it is the version that WMP is using and not WMA 10?

Because the settings that are exposed to Windows Media Player are not the same settings that are exposed to other programs, including dMC.
