HDCD - Help please

Had not realised that a "full" rip from HDCDs was possible. Sadly, I can't make head or tale of other posts on this matter in the forums - I can's see an HDCD Codec, or an HDCD DSP option.

Would somebody be so good to post in simple steps how to extract HDCD to 24 bits?

You have the DSP effects installed? (by default they come with Reference).

Yes, I see a long list of effects such as Replay Gain, but no HDCD - unless it is not worded as such?

Ahah - newer version of DSP effects! Installed, and that's just dandy.
