Command line to convert to WMA failed

Using Windows Server OS, I cannot get the command line to convert from wav to WMA. The GUI version works, and running the same command in Windows XP works.

    c:\tools\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\CoreConverter.exe -infile=n.wav -outfile=out.wma -convert_to="Windows Media Audio 10" -codec="Windows Media Audio 9.2" -settings="VBR Quality 98, 44 kHz, stereo VBR" -vbr

    result:

dBpoweramp Music Converter (C) 2008 Illustrate Ltd

    Encoding: Windows Media Audio 10

    Audio Source: c:\temp\n.wav

    Audio Destination: c:\temp\out.wma

I assume you have the WMA 10 codec installed into the Windows Server OS, correct?

Windows Server has different WMA settings, so "VBR Quality 98, 44 kHz, stereo VBR" is not valid in Windows Server.
