[ID Tag Update] & Remapping

I really like this feature and I'd like to do it right. I know that when I convert files, dbpa music converter remaps some of the flac fields, such as:

Label to Organization
Year to Date
Disc to DiscNumber etc

Should I update all of my tags using the default remapping that the dbpa converter uses? Or what remapping settings would you use? Why? I would like to have all of my tags standardized, but I don't want to screw them up.

All the default mappings you mention are correct as per the vorbis specification.
