Is it possible to convert from FLAC to 320 mp3?

hello i am new to ripping and converting my cds. thanks for this great program.

i ripped my cd to flac using EAC and then converted it to mp3 on highest settings possible in dbpoweramp... but I cant seem to find any option for converting FLAC to 320 bitrate mp3.

could someone school me please?
