Retaining folders

I've ripped my entire cd collection in WMA lossless format. Everything is organized by artist and album.

I want to create a clone copy (with folders for atrist, sub folders for album) in MP3 Lame format.

I must be doing something wrong, becuase when I use the batch converter, the folders are lost.

Help!

The coloned copy is kept seperate to the WMA files?

Yes that would be prefered. I want to keep the files seperate.

Reconvert, point dMC at the root directory you want it to be at, then use "[origpath]\[origfilename]" to duplicate the old structure exactly. note you might need to use [TRIMFIRSTOLDER][origpath][]\[origfilename] to remove the first folder listed.

Just tried this, but it doesnt convert to the exact filename of the original.

My filenames are like this:

01-holiday.flac

wanting an mp3 that looks the same:

01-holiday.mp3

But the [origpath]/[origfilename] gives:

The immaculate collection 01-holiday.mp3

So, how do i get rid of the album name?

You should be using [origpath]\[origfilename]
