Converting From Wma To Mp3

I have windows XP, and I downloaded the dBpowerAMP Music Converter. I am interested in converting WMA files to MP3 , I downloaded the codec for WMA from codec central and still could not do it. It says CODEC required to compress 'D:\My Documents (D)\My Music\MP3's FILE\Bob Marley & The Wailers AT HIS BEST\12 Soul Shakedown Party.mp3.TEMP.mp3' could not be opened.

I have downloaded all the codec that was on the website. Is anybody else having this problem. I have Windows media Player 9 installed.

What else is there to do?? HELP!!
