With a RIO PMP300 after using your program I can no longer access the player at all. The program just keeps saying I need to format the internal meemory but the program does not connect to the player anymore. I do not have a windows 98 computer to use the old format utility. I have tried every delay option within the device setup to no avail. I am using windows XP. Is ther a format utility that works with XP?
