Can't convert now

I reformated my hard drive and after I reinstalled the dMC I keep getting a message saying it can't convert the selection. The message says: possibly media player has this file open, read support FAQ. Couldn't find a related subject when I looked at the FAQ's. Any help?

Try converting to a different folder.
