ID tag roll overs

Is there a way to enable this under WinXP, doesn't seem to work when I try it.

Which part, ID Tag editing? or popup info tips?

The yellow pop-up info box.

Make sure it is not on 'View as Web page' and try holding the mouse over a Wave file, does that give a popup info?

Went to Tools >>Folder Options…..>>View and restore defaults.

That did the trick.
