Converting unconverted files

So we use converter to convert FLAC lossless files to AAC files for our iTunes library, the smaller files are used for our Iphones. I have it setup to convert, create folder in our iTunes share on our NAS and it works great.

Now that the library is converted I need to find a way to identify new files added so that when I go to convert it only convert files that havent been converted. I could set it up so that any new files added to the main lossless library either include/don't include the archive bit or a certain tag field but wanted to see if anyone else has some ideas or if there is a Option I can set in Converter to only convert files with a certain tag.

Select all files and when asked to overwrite existing select No.
