"convert to" missing in context menu

After having installed dbpoweramp music converter on a Windows Vista 32-bit platform, I cannot get the "convert to" line to appear in the context menu when right-clicking on an MP3 file. I tried to disable the context menu for several applications, as was suggested in another thread of this forum, but it made no difference. Does anyone have any ideas ?

No luck, I'm afraid. I did exactly what you suggested, but I still have the same problem.

          No, I'm using release 12.

But the same release is working fine on my other computer, on which I had installed the software several months ago.

I've just tried uninstalling release 12 and installing release 13 (after having downloaded the latter), and that works fine - the "convert to" and "edit ID tag" lines are included in the context menu this time. However, the license I paid for was for release 12, and I'm not sure I'd be able to use release 13 beyond the trial period with my existing license.

Thanks. I was able to upgrade to release 13 free of charge, and everything's working as it should now. However, I have to pay extra to upgrade to the "reference" version.
