Powerpack lost

Since a few days when I try to edit tags I receive the message ''Power Pack required for ID-tag editing''. I have registered R-13 on june 4th and worked with powerpack since: should not my license allow me to use PowerPack for a whole year? I have tried reinstalling dbpoweramp but the result is the same
