"Explorer columns" not all working

No idea what happened but used to see Title, Track Number, etc. in Explorer. Now some will show, some won't and the Tracker Number always show 0. I have uninstalled dbPoweramp R13.1 and reinstalled it. Problem did not go away. I am using Windows XP.

Please help!
