How to convert more than one folder?

Hi, im new to this software, but i like it because of its very fast encoding.
I actually tried to encode my files from mp3 to ogg with the dBpoweramp Music Converter, but the popup only includes to select FILES not folders.
How its able to encode more than one folders for ripping all my mp3 to ogg's?
Its hard to select all files in one folder and repeat it and repeat it .. want to encode all in one

Sorry for bad english, im german.

Use the Batch converter. Seperate program.
