when i used to encode in dB it used to show each of my two cores working on each tune - now it doesnt even if i force multiple CPU...? is this just hidden in version 13?

Check your registered version is 'reference' which is required for multi-cpu encoding. -

Also, what codec are you encoding to? Some lossless codecs only use one CPU.Lt. Data
